Hot: Pour a cup of hot water (180 ml) into a mug and gently mix in one "stick".

Ice: Pour about (20 ml) Hot Water into a mug and gently mix in one "stick".  After cooling, add 160 ml of cold water and stir. Add Plenty of Ice.
