We are here to help in any way we can.  If you have any questions or comments about our products or services, please feel free to CONTACT us anytime.

If you want to buy more of a product than available in our shop, please be sure to include the exact PRODUCT NAME and the AMOUNT you want to purchase. In most cases we can add 10 or 15 of any product.  (Unfortunately, we can not add quantities for "seasonal" and "NOW ON SALE" products).

If you are contacting us beacuse you have not received "shipping confirmation" or a reply to an email you sent to us, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER FIRST, as we have likely already replied. (We reply to all messsages, and we automaticlly send a photograph of your parcel, and Shipping and Tracking information for every parcel we send).

In most cases we will respond within hours. (Please keep in mind that we. are on JAPAN STANDARD TIME).  Since we do respond to all mails (except spam and people selling us products and services we did not ask for), if you don't hear from us within 24 hours please try again or contact us through my Facebook or Instagram pages.
