Shipping Delays due to COVID-19 (Japan)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Japanese Post Office will ONLY accept parcels to Limited Countries. Please see our SHIPPING page for a complete list.

If you have already placed an Order in our Shop
We sincerely apologize for the shipping delays. We have delivered parcels to the Japanese post office however, due to the current situation, shipping to many countries has been postponed, delayed or suddenly terminated. (If your tracking status says "Handling office INZAI (CHIBA), it means your parcel is at the airport waiting for an available flight).
In the event that the Japanese postal authorities determine that your parcel is "undeliverable", it will be returned to us and we will issue you a Full Refund. If your parcel is finally delivered we will issue refunds for any and all products that have reached their expiration dates. (Please see Shipping Delay Updates HERE).
We are doing everything possible to get your parcels delivered to you. This is a difficult and challenging time for us, and we sincerely thank you for your patience and kind understanding.
