Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Japanese Post Office will ONLY accept parcels to the following destinations:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam

As the situation slightly improves and several countries are lifting restrictions that are in place, parcels to countries where service is available still may experience significant delays in either loading parcels on to available flights from Japan, or delivery delays in the destination country. We will continue to provide service to countries where JP Post will accept parcels, but delivery dates remain very unpredictable and unique to each country. We can only advise that delivery will most likely be much longer than usual. We simply can not say how long delivery will be to your country regardless of which shipping method you choose. We will however do our best to get parcels delivered as quickly as possible and in the event that parcel are determined "undeliverable" and returned to us, we will issue full refunds to our customers. (Please note that for obvious reasons we can not process refunds until the these parcels are returned to us, or the tracking status indicates “returned to sender”). If you have already placed an Order in our Shop

We sincerely apologize for the shipping delays.  We have delivered parcels to the Japanese post office however, due to the current situation, shipping to many countries has been postponed, delayed or suddenly terminated. (If your tracking status says "Handling office INZAI (CHIBA), it means your parcel is at the airport waiting for an available flight).

In the event that the Japanese postal authorities determine that your parcel is "undeliverable", it will be returned to us and we will issue you a Full Refund.  If your parcel is finally delivered we will issue refunds for any and all products that have reached their expiration dates.  (Please see Shipping Delay Updates HERE).

We are doing everything possible to get your parcels delivered to you.  This is a difficult and challenging time for us, and we sincerely thank you for your patience and kind understanding.
