Instructions: (How to Brew). Follow these simple steps to "Drip Brew" your favorite Mon Cafe Coffee.
You can choose the temperature of hot water and the amount of time to pour it. We recommend "freshly boiled hot water" for "Delicious brewing", but this is just a general standard. Once you try various blends with various water temperatures, please try to find your favorite water temperature.
You can pour 140 ml of hot water and keep pouring the water slowly until your cup is full and brewed. Or you can pour the water over the coffee grounds a little bit at time (divide it over several times), the flavor will make a big difference.
