Kaneshichi Umecha with Dietary Fiber is a stick tea that you can enjoy a delicious Japanese Umeboshi Tea conveniently at work, on the go or relaxing at home.

A refreshing ume tea that contains dietary fiber and freeze-dried plum. It is a single serving stick package type.

You can serve this delicious Ume Tea Hot or refreshingly Cold over ice.

Instructions: (How to Brew) Just by putting one stick in a cup and pouring hot water, you can easily enjoy an authentic Ume cha at home or on the go.

Hot: Pour one stick in a cup of hot water (100 ml), stir well and enjoy.

Iced: Pour 1 stick into hot water (70 ml). Add 5-6 pieces of ice and stir well until it becomes cold.

Nutrition: (Serving Size 3g), Energy: 7.5kcal, protein: 0.01g, fat: 0g, carbohydrate: 1.9g, sugar 1.6g, Dietary Fiber 0.3g, salt equivalent: 0.9g.

Ingredients: Umecha salt (domestic production), dextrin, polydextrose, lactose, glucose, sugar, plum powder, kelp extract powder, starch, wakame powder / added starch, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), acidulants, Fragrance.

SURFACE: Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (Recommended for large orders with a weight over 2,000 grams). This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, ("Dispatch from outward office of exchange") and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country. The service is slow but very dependable. (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 months).

Nice briny pick me up

Balance of kelp and ume flavors is good. I mixed it with some shiitake mushroom powder for more umami boost. I haven't tried adding it to recipes although it looks like it'd naturally be great to add to miso.
