Japanese Post Office will ONLY accept parcels to a limited number of countries. Discount Shipping is available to countries below. You can see a complete list of countries HERE.
"FREE" and "FLAT RATE" shipping is available for only countries listed below with exceptions noted.

Shipping Options
Free Shipping - "Free Shipping" for orders over $50.00. Parcels are sent via "International ePacket (Airmail)" please see details about this option below. (This service is available ONLY to countries where JP Post provides "Airmail" service).
Flat Rate Shipping - "Flat Rate Shipping" for $10.00 for orders over $25.00. Parcels are sent via "International ePacket (Airmail)" please see details about this option below. (This service is available to countries where JP Post provides "Airmail" service).
EMS Express Mail Service: This shipping option provides a registered tracking number to track your shipment online. 100% Insured. Delivery: Worldwide in 3 to 6 days.
International ePacket (Airmail): Only for parcels with a total weight Under 2,000 grams. (If your parcel is over 2,000 grams we will split your order in to as many separate parcels as necessary to ship your order). This shipping option provides Registered Tracking Service to track your shipment online. Delivery: Worldwide in 7-10 days.
International Parcel Post - Surface: Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. The Minimum Fee is $18.00 for the first 500 grams or less. We offer "$10.00 Flat Rate International Parcel Post - Surface" for orders over $50.00. This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country. Although very slow, the service has proven to be very dependable. (We ship the freshest products available. If you should receive an expired product, we will issue a refund immediately). JP Post advises 1-3 Months for delivery. (Usual delivery time 2-3 months).

European Union: No duty up to 45 Euro (3.2 % over 45 Euro)
Korea (The Republic of): No duty up to 100,000 Won (513.6% over 100,000 Won)
Russian Federation: No duty up to 5,000 USD (20% over 5,000 USD)
Singapore: No duty
Spain: Please check with your local post office. High import tax can be expected.
Taiwan: No duty up to 300 TW dollars (19.4% over 300 TW dollars)
United Arab Emirates: No duty
United Kingdom: No duty up to 32 Pounds (3.2% over 32 Pounds)
United States: No duty
