UCC's Secret to Deliciousness is their Single Roasting Method. Depending on the Type and Origin of the Coffee Beans, each is Roasted to bring out the individuality of the Beans. This is "Gold Special Blend".

Deep roasted Vietnamese and Brazilian beans as a base, it features an Elegant Aroma and a Deep Rich flavor. The Rich blend goes well with Rich Dark chocolate. Carefully selected beans. Elegant Aroma with a Rich Deep Flavor.

Instructions: (How to Brew). Grind Gold Special RICH Blend Coffee Beans as desired to "drip brew" Delicious Coffee:

1. Set the filter in a "Coffee Dripper Basket". Use about 2 Teaspoons per one cup (140ml) of water.

2. Pour boiling water over the Coffee Grounds and allow to soak and Steam for about 20 seconds.

3. When the Coffee Grounds swell, pour the boiling water in short intervals while the coffee drips from the "Coffee Dripper Basket".

Nutrition: (Serving Size 10g, Extracted in 140ml well boiled water), Calorie : 4kcal, protein : 0.2g, Lipid : 0g, carbohydrate : 0.7g, Salt equivalent : 0.003g.
