(UCC) Gold Special "Mellow" Blend Ground Coffee. It is a very popular coffee characterized by a Sweet Aroma, Soft Mouth feel and Smooth Mellow Flavor.

UCC's Secret to Deliciousness is their Single Roasting Method. Depending on the Type and Origin of the Coffee Beans, each is Roasted to bring out the individuality of the Beans. This is "Gold Special Blend".

Brazilian Coffee Beans as a base, it features a Sweet Aroma, Soft Mouth feel and Flavorful Richness with a Mellow Taste. Medium Body with the Light Fruity flavor. Milled coffee ready to brew.

Instructions: (How to Brew). Gold Special "Mellow" Blend Ground Coffee instructions to "Drip Brew" Delicious Coffee:

1. Set the filter in a "Coffee Filter Basket". Use about 2 Teaspoons per one cup (140cc - 160cc) of water.

2. Pour boiling water over the Coffee Grounds and allow to soak and Steam for about 20 seconds.

3. When the Coffee Grounds swell, pour the boiling water in short intervals from the center outwards, while the coffee drips from the "Coffee Filter Basket"and desired amount of cups are brewed.

Nutrition: (Serving Size 10g, Extracted in 140ml well boiled water), Calorie : 4kcal, protein : 0.2g, Lipid : 0g, carbohydrate : 0.7g, Salt equivalent : 0.003g.
