Nittoh Amazake is an Instant individually packaged stick type Rice drink made with 7 kinds of Koji. It is an instant Rice Based drink that is easily dissolved in hot water so you can enjoy a Delicious Flavor at home, work or anywhere.

Barley, foxtail millet, Japanese millet, millet, purple black rice and rice flour are used. Powdered sake leaven carefully selected by the sake brewery Nada is added to the koji (Malts) made from seven types of grains that have been popular since ancient times.

The Gorgeous Aroma, Deep Richness, and Elegant Sweetness permeate the body. The relaxing Fresh Aroma of Amazake is recommended when you want to relax.

A Delicious Amazake that you can enjoy anytime hot or cold! Each cup is individually packed (always fresh) in convenient sticks, so it's just right for office breaks or anytime at work or home.

Instructions: (How to Brew). Just by putting one stick in a cup and pouring hot water, you can easily enjoy an authentic Nittoh Amazake anytime.

Hot: Pour one stick in a cup of hot water (100ml), stir well and enjoy.

Iced: Pour 1 stick into Cold Water (100ml). Add several pieces of ice and stir well until it becomes cold.

Nutrition: Per cup (12.5g): Energy: 50kcal, Protein: 0.6g, Lipid: 0.2g, Carbohydrate: 11.6g, Salt equivalent: 0.14g.

Ingredients: Sugar, powdered sake lees, salt, grain koji (barley, foam, hie, millet, oyster, purple black rice, rice flour). Additives: processed starch, thickener (xanthan gum), fragrance, sweetener (Acesulfame K, sucralose).

SURFACE: Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (Recommended for large orders with a weight over 2,000 grams). This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, ("Dispatch from outward office of exchange") and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country. The service is slow but very dependable. (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 months).

Memories of Japan

I remember drinking this during the holidays in Japan. Quite often it has alcohol in it (according to the label this product has 0.1% alcohol). A sweet rice flavor and a lot of fun memories of Japan. Thanks Jeff for adding this product!

It has a sweet taste and also is kind of similar to malt beer, with a very "grain"-y like taste.
