Fuji Shokuhin Sakura Tea is a salted pickled "Sakura" Cherry Blossom tea. Cherry blossoms are pickled in salt and umezu. When you pour hot water, the faint scent of cherry blossoms rises, perfect for hospitality. It can also be used for cooking such as cooked rice and chirashizushi toppings.

This Tea with a gentle healing scent is also recommended for a any celebration or as a special gift. The Subtle Scent of Cherry Blossoms and the fascinating real cherry blossoms in full bloom in the water create a mellow, luxurious atmosphere.

Cherry blossoms can only be collected once a year. When the flowers bloom and the fragrance is strongest at night, the cherry blossoms with the best fragrance are picked and made into a flowering tea. Fuji Shokuhin has succeeded in capturing the Color, Taste and Aroma without damaging the cherry blossoms.

Approximately 15-20 cherry blossom flowers are included in one pack. (Serves 15 to 20 People). This product is made with 100% domestic (Japan) cherry blossoms.

You can enjoy not only for making tea, but also:

Instructions: (How to Brew Fuji Shokuhin Sakura Tea). This tea is cultivated naturally so please rinse it lightly with water before use. Place one cherry blossom in a teacup, and pour hot water. The cherry blossoms open and the Aroma of the cherry blossoms spreads. Standard of petals per cup of hot water: large petals use 1 petal, small petals use 2 petals.

SURFACE: Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (Recommended for large orders with a weight over 2,000 grams). This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, ("Dispatch from outward office of exchange") and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country. The service is slow but very dependable. (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 months).
